AI Concierge
AI suggestions are optional. You can plan a visit using manual dining controls without them.
When you use the AI concierge, an external AI service provider helps us understand your dining request. Before anything is shared, our servers remove contact and identity details such as names, phone numbers, email addresses and links, and the request carries nothing that identifies you or your account. The provider processes it only to return a structured reading to us, under a data-processing agreement, and does not use it to train its models.
If your request mentions a dietary, allergy, medical or accessibility need, it is shared in the same way so that it can be flagged for confirmation with the venue. We do not rely on AI to decide whether a venue is suitable.
To answer similar requests without calling the AI again, we keep short phrases from these readings (never whole messages, names, numbers or contact details) together with what they mean.
We save supported dining details and conversation summaries for up to 30 days so you can return to your plan, unless you delete the conversation earlier. Original messages are not saved in conversation history.
Deleting a conversation does not cancel a booking or remove booking and payment records. Those records follow the other retention provisions in this policy.
Review suggested dining details before booking. AI suggestions and venue tags do not establish allergy, dietary or accessibility suitability; confirm these requirements with the venue or our concierge team.
