At COY, Chef Ryan Cole and head chefs Geoffrey Abrahams and Teenola Govender unearth Africa’s culinary treasures through ancient techniques and indigenous ingredients. Sustainability and locality are central to their vision. Nestled between the marina and working harbour at the V&A Waterfront, the space offers dramatic views of Table Mountain, creating a striking backdrop for this unique dining experience.
