Toshikazu Kato, Executive Chef at Izumi at Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, will be at Four Seasons Hotel Amman from October 2 to October 15 presenting his inventive Japanese cuisine at SIRR. Enjoy Chef Kato’s signature dishes including sushi rolls such as lobster, spicy salmon and soft-shell crab; popular nigiris such as sea bream and tuna ponzu; as well as roasted lamb chops and his signature black cod tapas.
