SfumatoSfumato Gastro Atelier presents a new wave of all day dining with delicate and forthright approach to gastronomy. The restaurant is located in ME Dubai Hotel, Opus Tower created by Zaha Hadid – an iconic figure in global architecture renowned for her transformative influence. Similarly inspired by a profound love for culinary artistry, aspire to revolutionize urban dining.
The guiding concept of Sfumato is to present concept of affordable luxury based on homegrown products with very delicate and intimate flavours. Vegetables and roots are sophisticated and elegant ingredients playing the main role in any dish. The Chef infuses gastronomy with a refined and artistic touch, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail, which is reflected in our interior design, lighting, and music.
