Cardio Tennis – Get your heart-pumping with this tennis-based cardio workout designed to keep you in the “training zone” and burn more calories than just about any other activity! No previous experience required.

T&C:
- One offer per person per term. Terms run 12-15 weeks.
- Bookings subject to availability.
- Attire: Sports clothes and tennis or court shoes with a flat sole.
- All equipment is provided; however, Members should bring their own racket (if they have one).
